1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or booking accommodations and curated experiences through Governor's Collection Sri Lanka, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all guests, visitors, and booking agents across Governor's Camp Wilpattu, Governor's Camp Udawalawe, and Chelsi Blu by The Governor.

2. Reservations & Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and written confirmation by Governor's Collection. A deposit or full prepayment schedule may be required depending on seasonal demand, holiday periods, or exclusive property buyout terms.

3. Safari & Outdoor Activities

Game drives in Wilpattu National Park and Udawalawe National Park operate in strict compliance with the Department of Wildlife Conservation (DWC) Sri Lanka guidelines. Our certified naturalists and safari drivers prioritize animal welfare, conservation ethics, and guest safety at all times.

While wildlife encounters in the national parks are abundant and authentic, specific sightings (including leopards, sloth bears, and Asian elephant herds) are subject to natural movements and cannot be guaranteed.

4. Cancellation & Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies vary based on the rate plan and season booked. Standard cancellation terms will be detailed in your formal reservation quotation and confirmation voucher. For bespoke group bookings and private villa buyouts, customized terms apply.
