The food will be totally catered to your taste with some prior notice and at any time specified by you.  Traditional local Sri Lankan rice and curry, continental or eastern.  You will find the chef as versatile as your taste buds, fickle.

The culinary ensemble at Governor's camp  is diverse and caters to whatever a guest's palette is accustomed to or even what they might dare to try. Guests can reassure themselves that most of the ingredients that go into food preparation at the bungalow are grown locally. The guests also have the luxury of browsing around at the local markets and hand picking whatever vegetable and fruits and meats  they will like to eat or get cooked.

Breakfast is a choice of Sri Lankan  Continental, American and English. If you are staying just a few days, the management may request your favourite’ s in advance. The menu is very extensive but food supplies are fresh.

Quality fine china and tableware that is complimented with some fine foods cooked to detail make dining an experience. Furthermore you can follow your biological clock and have your meals served when you are hungry, no matter what the time maybe. International as well as Sri Lankan meals can be requested for, and where else can you get your hands into some country food with rice and curry and also opt for a country breakfast rather than bacon & eggs. You may know what it tastes like if you do not try it.
